This is the most detailed map I found of the hiking trail we took. Three years ago the volcano Eyjafjallajkull erupted where the red is, it shut down air traffic all over Europe. Now the trail goes right over the top of it.
The only photo that I have of the hut we stayed in. That small speck on the right-hand side in the middle is Heidi walking towards the hut.
