  • I spent about five hours walking around Gooseberry Falls State Park. Most of that time it was overcast then for a brief time the clouds parted, it made for much better photography.

  • This ice froze the night before when the temperatures were below zero Fahrenheit. I watched it break up on the rocks as the wind blew it. Then the waves came and crashed it into the rocks.

  • In the winter you can't stake your tent down because the ground is frozen. So you have to kick a little snow around the fly and within a short time it will hold it down even the strongest of wins.
