Christmas Cactus
First time in years it has bloomed.
I found this back in the woods today.
A speedboat just went by, so I’m dealing with the waves.
There’s all kinds of these campsites that have their own boat landing. Must be steps that were put in by the CCC boys.
It’s just amazing how clear the water is in Lake Owen.
They came through here with some kind of backhoe and they ripped up every tree by the roots and then came by with a plate compactor to make this trail.
It will be here forever.

This porcupine walked right up to me before he looked up and saw me. This is a small baby porcupine.
